A modern take on the old "Pied piper of Hamelin" tale.
The aim is that by looking at a situation from the point of view of an unfamiliar perspective children can explore and develop imagination, sympathy and empathy for rats and disabled children as well as enjoying the story, and perhaps to think about consequences of actions.
