ORIGINAL A4 unframed St Peter's in Spring 4/25 10" X 7"

Sheila was continuing to follow the George McVay trail that brought her to The SHIP INN - or OLD SHIP at Harton Village as it is today...Standing on the pavement opposite paint brush at the ready she was just about to start when some cherry blossom beside her caught her eye. Turning round there was the most amazing sight of St.Peter's framed by glorious cherry trees in full blossom,

The Old Ship is on hold until another day... this was a moment to catch there and then. Sheila has drawn and painted St Peter's a few times .. when she got back home and checked through her files she found that, as ever, George had been there before her - standing beside the Old Ship and drawing St Peters in the rain..
