Sheila was invited as Art Critic on the Shields Gazette to create a calendar of views of Shields in 1986. She chose busy King Street as she had known it all her life and had enjoyed "Binns" (closed 1995) and the the many other thriving shops and Market Place... here the Metro has just been built and is running on the old bridge that crosses the street.
