PRINT- Boat Yard and Low Light Tyne1963

Sheila's friends Margaret (Nee Minikin) and Ted Offerman bought this Oil on Canvas from a show she held at the Gulbenkian Museum Newcastle in the 1970's. They kindly sent her a photo of it on their wall a while back and she has just discovered it and an original pen and ink drawing of the Tyne they bought too. The view is that from her small studio window in the Pilot Office wher she lived from 1961-54 when her dad Capt; George Graber was Pilot Master on the Tyne... looks like a mine sweeper docked on the North side too- a rare sight !
