A FIRST for Sheila - painting of Knotts Flats - a building she has seen all her life but NEVER painted till now- a great way to start the New Year. Standing on the Pier on a blustery January day leaning against the picket fence to steady herself as she worked.. trying to catch the power of the waves , the iconic Groyne AND Knotts Flats .. couldn't quite see the clock but knew it was time to visit nearby Sambuca for a warming Pizza!
