The heat wave continues in South Shields so Sheila Continues to catch the sun and walk around the beach at "Little Haven" South Shields. Having painted The Groyne she looked down stream to the PIlot's Jetty where she used to fish (never caught anything but her brothers line) and North Shields Fish Quay with the High and Low LIghts that used to guide Mariners safely into harbour - avoiding the dreaded "Black Midden" rocks.
