South Tyneside Council generously gave Sheila the "FREEDOM THE OF BOROUGH" for her lifetimes work in Art & Education .. thanks to this she also gained the "Freedom of the Car Park" and thanks to that she got to know this unusual view of the splendid Clock Tower on our Town Hall and The flying figure of Hermes balancing on the Globe... She admits to tweaking the view of the Galleon on top of the clock tower so you could see it clearly !!
