Painted on site in 1975 with pen and ink wash.. Sheila has drawn and painted Westoe Village all her life - having lived just a mile away from it in her early years and walked through it from the age of 5 holding hands withe her older brother Peter as they went through the "Cut" once a week to piano lessons with Vera Segal in St. MIchael's Avenue. Up to the age of 13 she walked through it on her way to the Girl's High School - before she moved to the Lawe Top... however her love of the Village has stayed and she still tries to capture it's magic whenever she can. .. even now in 2022
